Data types may include account identifiers, profile data, user-generated listings/photos/messages, order metadata, support requests, reports, moderation/audit logs and device/browser diagnostics.
Private access credentials are never shown in the application. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, full payment details or bank credentials through ordinary messages.

Scope: data safety, privacy or security concerns about the Vestoora application.
What to include: Include the email address used for your Vestoora account, relevant order or listing reference if available, dates, a short description and screenshots only when they do not expose sensitive data.
Keep secrets private: Do not send your password, full payment card details, one-time codes (OTP), private access credentials, identity documents or bank credentials by ordinary email.
Response language: You may write in any language available in the Vestoora application. We will reply in the same language where operationally possible, or in English; a particular response language or response time is not guaranteed.
