BUSINESS identifies a seller acting for professional or business purposes. Required identity and contact information must be supplied before offering to consumers.

The BUSINESS seller is the sale-contract party and is responsible for pre-contract information, price, taxes, sales document, delivery, conformity, withdrawal, and statutory guarantees.

The buyer receives pre-contract information and durable confirmation. At least a 14-day withdrawal right and statutory conformity rights apply under the market's law.

The seller retains required invoices and records and cooperates with VAT, OSS, DAC7, and disputes.
