Vestoora provides an online intermediation service. The sale contract for an item is made directly between the buyer and seller. Vestoora is neither the seller nor the merchant of record for user-listed goods.

A seller must expressly choose PRIVATE or BUSINESS, declare the seller's true legal country, and keep the information current. Before contracting, the buyer is shown the seller type and whether consumer rights apply.

Online purchase for a listing is available only when that seller has one ready seller payment account tied to the legal identity and country, and the market, currency, and shipping route are supported.

Vestoora charges the buyer a platform-service fee under the published fee schedule. The starting model has no seller commission and no listing fee.

Automatic refunds, instant payouts, BLIK, Klarna, BNPL, automatic FX, and cross-border trade remain disabled in the starting model.

A material change requires a new version, a new SHA-256, and fresh express acceptance by the affected user role. Silence is not acceptance.
