Before the first bid, the seller may cancel. After the first bid, a permitted documented reason is required, such as loss or damage, a material listing error, a policy breach, or moderator action; bidders are notified.

Expiry of the winner's 24-hour window causes no automatic charge and no full account block. Only repeated abuse may be escalated to manual review.

The seller may send a private 24-hour second-chance offer to the next eligible bidder. Acceptance creates one new winner window without charging; rejection or expiry creates no order.
