PRIVATE identifies a person selling outside a business activity. The declaration must be truthful and reassessed if the nature of selling changes.

The seller is responsible for ownership, authenticity, legality, description, condition, product safety, shipping, and cooperation with complaints.

Consumer rights, including a 14-day withdrawal right, generally do not apply to contracts between two private persons; the buyer is informed before purchase.

Stripe setup requires truthful seller information and takes place directly in hosted onboarding. Vestoora does not collect bank data or KYC documents.

The seller remains responsible for tax and DAC7 duties; Vestoora may collect and report information required by law.
