The starting model allows ES→ES routes in EUR and PL→PL routes in PLN only. Cross-border shipping remains disabled.

Before purchase the buyer sees carrier/method, cost, restrictions, estimated timing, and responsibilities. Shipping is shown separately from the Vestoora fee.

The seller dispatches on time, uses valid tracking, packs safely, and retains proof. Non-shipment can cause cancellation and a full refund.
