User Generated Content Safety Rules
Users can create listings, photos, messages, reviews and reports. UGC must not include scams, external payment requests, harassment, illegal goods, counterfeit claims or unsafe item content.
Report, block and moderation routes are available for safety workflows. Production moderation staffing and escalation rules remain an owner action before full rollout.

Scope: security concerns, abuse, scams, unsafe content, and reports about a listing or user.
What to include: Include the email address used for your Vestoora account, relevant order or listing reference if available, dates, a short description and screenshots only when they do not expose sensitive data.
Keep secrets private: Do not send your password, full payment card details, one-time codes (OTP), private access credentials, identity documents or bank credentials by ordinary email.
Response language: You may write in any language available in the Vestoora application. We will reply in the same language where operationally possible, or in English; a particular response language or response time is not guaranteed.
